5. Trail and Punishment, Compensation for Takings

6. Rights to Speedy Trail,Confrontation of Witnesses.

7. Trail By Jury in Civil Cases

8. Cruel and Unusual Punishment.

9. Construction of Constitution

10. Powers of the States and People.

The three that are most important are freedom of  speech, press,religion, and the next one is Powers of the States and people. and the last one is Right To Bear Arms.

Our rights did change over the years,the reason why is because today is this world people are getting shot and they are getting shot by their own people,also because most people don't really have that much people had back in the day but in this time, the twenty first century people do have more freedom that the others had back in the day.
